We are extremely glad to have selected Renova for the renovation of our house. From our first exploratory meeting with John (Martin) and every subsequent meeting with the Renova Team, our experience was positive, solution focussed and made as stress free as possible. After our first meeting with John, we were very aware of how our renovation project would progress. A budget was agreed and a timeline set. Renova delivered on both.
During the process of agreeing the work required, the design and décor/finishes, we received excellent, professional advice from Renova’s fully qualified team, in all the various disciplines – structural, mechanical, electrical, architectural and interior design. This happened over a series of fairly intense workshops which proved to be invaluable. Such preparation reassured us greatly during the six months it took to complete our project. We worked closely in particular during the workshops with Barbara, Siân and Paul who demonstrated admirable patience with our queries and concerns.
On the handover day, just less than six months after the start date, our house was revealed to us in an absolutely wonderful condition. It was bright, airy, and beautifully finished to the highest standards. From the windows to the floors, everything looked amazing and the cleaners had certainly done a very thorough job. We are extremely pleased with our completely renovated house. Renova did the work well above and beyond our expectations. We are delighted. Attention to detail is something we were advised at the outset that Renova does well and we have found this throughout the house.

Project details
Our clients at this house were moving back to the street they had raised their family on many years ago. They had recently purchased this home and engaged RENOVA just as they were finalising the buying process.
The brief was simple – Relocate the kitchen at ground floor to the back of the house, plus a complete redesign of the first floor bedrooms to suit our clients very specific requirements.
They wanted the house to be comfortable, above all else, which meant insulation and airtightness to eliminate unwanted draught. Their preference was for a boiler instead of a heat pump, and they elected to install a wood burning stove. An extension was explored, but deemed unnecessary.
Like every job, the project began with a complete gutting, right back to masonry and timbers. therefore we installed one of every fitting and finish to complete the renovation to turnkey standard.
One of our landscapers engaged directly with the client to design front and rear landscaping and that work commenced immediately after handover.
As usual, this project was handed over on time and on budget.
