Our 6 Stage Process
1. Budget
Consultation at your home with a chartered quantity surveyor. Discuss your ambitions for the house, and understand your renovation options. Complete our renovations checklist. Receive a budget estimate within 1 week. Budget meeting at RENOVA. Agree budget and brief prior to Stage 2
2. Design proposal
Measured survey of your home. Confirm your preferences and priorities. Meet at RENOVA to receive your design proposal, technical spec and detailed estimate. Make design changes as required and update estimate. Conclude Stage 2 by agreeing design & project budget, commit to proceed with the project.
3. Contract
Before detailed design commences, secure the budget and project scope by signing contracts prepared by RENOVA. Secure your site manager and start date. Enjoy the peace of mind of knowing that the price and specification have been agreed and that the budget is being managed by a chartered Q.S.
4. Detailed design
Having agreed a layout we proceed to work up the details. Technical design elements such as the windows, heating, plumbing and electrical services are finalised. We begin to prepare construction drawings. Project budget is continualy managed and all design decisions are overseen by our Q.S.
5. Workshops
Attend workshops at RENOVA to select the finishes and fittings for your new home, while we continue to prepare your construction drawings. Relax knowing that all design choices continue to be overseen by our Q.S. When the construction drawings are completed we are ready to begin work on site.
6. Construction
Sit back and allow your construction team to take control. Enjoy seeing your site manager, and RENOVA’s trusted team of tradesmen, begin the works on site. Watch your renovation come together efficiently with the minimum of fuss. Receive regular progress reports and attend for site visits as you wish.
