We have no hesitation in recommending Renova if you want a professional, timely and proper renovation done. A one stop shop may seem expensive but in the long run, it is far more effective and efficient with a superior outcome. Once you engage fully in the process (which is vital in terms of achieving a satisfactory out turn), then there is a guaranteed super job when it is all finished. John, Paul, Sian, Barbara and Barry and the whole Renova team involved were excellent to deal with and very professional in their approach to ensure the best possible outcome at the end of the project (which was on time and on budget). It is not often that one can write genuine complimentary things about builders/renovation specialists but thankfully (for us) one can in the case of Renova.

Project details

Our clients on this project had lived in this house many years ago. They were downsizing back to their original family home. This was a first for RENOVA. The house was familiar to them but every aspect was old; it had been many years since they lived there and no modernisation had happened in the interim. Our brief was to extend and redesign to suit their current needs, and to modernise for comfort and efficiency.

The optimum layout and specification were agreed quite quickly and we submitted a planning application. Workshops to select finishes and fittings followed, and we had a completed set of construction drawings, and planning permission within  6 months of contract signing.

Works began on the agreed start date and were completed on the agreed handover date.
