Renova provided an excellent service during the recent renovation of our 1960’s house. Their integration of design, planning, costing, project management and construction leads to great communication and minimises delays and unexpected costs. All through the process, we had great confidence in their team to deliver the project to a high standard. After the design and planning phases, we had minimal involvement in the project management which was what we wanted. They removed the stress from what can be a very stressful undertaking. We cannot recommend them enough. Thank you to John, Siân, Barbara, Paul, John-Joe and Rory and all at Renova for our lovely new (old) house.

Project details

Our clients had just bought this house, they contacted RENOVA at purchase stage because they intended carrying out a complete renovation.  The house was liveable so they moved in while we made a plan. This turned out to be wise because COVID lockdowns slowed up the design stages of the project. Living in the house only confirmed that the house needed to be renovated, it was cold. As usual we agreed a project budget at the start of the process, and went from there. Once the budget was discussed Siân took over and worked through design options with the clients until we had a plan that they were happy with. Costings were updated through the design process. Contracts were signed and workshops arranged to select all fittings and finishes. When we had a full set of drawings the job started. Works went smoothly despite COVID. The finished house is the equivalent to a new house and is designed to fit our clients  needs, including facilitating work from home.
