To say that we are delighted with our new home is very much an understatement. The works that RENOVA carried out for us are incredible and life changing for our family. We are thrilled to have a beautifully designed and finished energy efficient home. John told us at our first meeting that everything would run smoothly and it would be stress free as they follow a detailed 6 stage process which he very adeptly walked us through. And he was only too right! It was a joy to see our works being carried out smoothly, seamlessly on time and in budget.
From our first contact with RENOVA right through to the completion of all the works they have been exceptional. Our neighbours have also commented many times on how all the works were carried out in a very neat and tidy manner. It’s about a year and a half now since RENOVA handed us back our home after an extensive deep retrofit. RENOVA really do take all the stress and hardship out of building projects. This is mainly due to RENOVA’s meticulous planning and having everything agreed and ordered far in advance of it being fitted or needed. It’s a real pleasure to visit RENOVA’s Design Studio where it’s a delight to go through finishing options and meet more members of their team. You really get to see your house renovation take shape there. We love the way Siân carried out all the architectural design in a way that completely suited our needs. Siâns creative flair and attention to detail is a real trademark of everyone at RENOVA. Ger’s craftsmanship and site management skills really also deserve a mention. His standard of works and organisational skills are incredible. Paul who oversaw all the works was also a joy to work with. Covid didn’t even upset his plans any more than the exact amount of time all sites had to close down for. Once they could open again RENOVA were up and running again.

Project Details
Our clients on this job had recently purchased this house. The site was ideal, but the house wasn’t. One half of the house was an original old cottage and the other half was added in more modern times. Our brief, as usual was to modernise the layout and reconstruct the building fabric and utilities to bring them up to modern standards. The deep nature of the renovation required a complete new set of fittings and finishes. The finished house is the equivalent of a modern built family home, the layout is perfectly suited to our clients needs and the building is comfortable and energy efficient.
