This was a fantastic example of what RENOVA was established to do. Our clients had recently acquired this property and it was in its original condition, it was out-dated and cold.
Our brief was to transform this house from an old holiday home for occasional use into a full-time modern family home.
As normal we spent about as long planning this renovation as we spent carrying out the works. Our clients had a very specific budget and were determined to stick to this budget. We had to find a scope of works that met the brief and the budget. We persevered and between the client and ourselves we came to a design proposal and specification that worked.
The house was handed over without any drama on budget and on time.
